I have a speaking exam and don’t know what to do

I have a speaking exam and don’t know what to do I have a really bad stutter and don’t know how to get through this I don’t want to stand in front of everyone stuck on the first word shivering my lips trying my hardest to push out the FIRST word and if this happens I’m pretty sure I’ll fail anyway because i couldn’t do the speech which is probably just as bad as not having a speech.
