It's a great tool to practice with. It really helps to slow down your rate of speech and prolonging your sounds and words. I highly recommend it. However if you plan on using in every day conversation you will get used to it and it will lose it's effect after an hour or so. And don't waste your money on a DAF machine. They're like $500. You can get a DAF app on your smart phone for $20 and it has the same exact features.
