This is a serious question, not a joke and it's not meant to be hostile. Does it legitimately take you 5-10 minutes to get out one sentence? Is it that a exaggeration? Have you timed yourself ever? For me personally, it can feel like it's taking forever to get a word out, but in reality its like 10 seconds, and for me, that might even be an exaggeration.
