If you have read John Harrisons book redefining stuttering, that's a good book. You might also want to read Ruth Mead's book speech is a River. Which to some degree elaborates more on his book. Ruth explains how she overcame stuttering. But there is no framework or specific methods like the book Lee wrote has. If you learn the methods in Lee's book good enough, you will over time prove to yourself that you don't need to stutter. When you do that the anxiety will start to fade away. For all practical reasons you will sound completely normal/fluent to other persons. When you use this methods you are really hacking your brain to rewire itself (neuroplasticity). It's also worth noting that this is only temporary methods and you do not use them for a very long time. You just need to do enough to rewire your brain so your fluency flows. All in all it is really fantastic. There is not long ago I was blocking in most of my conversations and I could not speak to people. Now everything is dramatically changed and I speak all day long without blocking. My speech do really flow like a river and it is so fantastic. I really hope that you do not delay this. Start reading aloud to yourself a few hours daily if you can do that without stuttering. If you stutter, start reading while you whisper - over time you will be able to read with a louder voice. But it is very important that your brain only hear fluency and not her disfluency because you need to fill it with fluency memories and that takes hard work over time. Just PM me if you ever have a question. I am not active on Reddit every day so it might take some time before I'll respond.
