- First of all, you need to learn how to control your breath and also relaxing your body (Diaphragmatic Breathing method). - after that, you can start saying vowels (with breathing method said). for example OOOOOOOOOOO / EEEEEEEEEEE/ etc - then you will need to read some article, book or whatever and then look in the mirror and tell that story you jut read to yourself. try to look at your face even when you are stuttering and focus on solving problems that happen (blinks or spasms in your face). the first couple of days will be hard and you will get exhausted but after doing it more, you will manage to talk more efficiently in terms of breathing. you can also search youtube for some tutorials. the more you practice, the more you will get better. it will be hard but it's so much worth it :)
