No problem man, we've all been there. And that's true about therapists, it's unfortunate that they're not always realistic to obtain. I'm of the (unproven) opinion that when we learned to talk, we learned the wrong way. Our muscles got stuck in the original way we learned, and stuttering became a habit. Habits are, of course, incredibly hard to break, but not impossible. To an extent, I believe beating stuttering is a function of time invested into breaking those habits. So practice, but don't beat yourself up if it's not as smooth as you hope. Like I said, few things in life are easy.
