You have a headspace of what is the best way to have people not be assholes because you have a stutter. Also your going into the medical which also requires a great deal of communication. Under stress of people either dealing with pain, death, and irritated people. It's not a question of what's the most accepting school rather than owning up to it and being unapologetically you. I'm not sure how it is in the Philippines but you can't be fired for having a speech impediment. Embrace it, do your best to mitigate it but not hide it, and set out for the goals you have in life. I was in the military and got sooooo much shit for it. So i get it, I understand where your coming from. But trust me, if you face it head on people will even respect you for it.
