Dude. F them. You will always work around assholes, but this is more extreme. If it’s that degrading and you tried communicating that’s it’s destructive, take it up the manager chain as fair as you can go. If not, feel free to leave and ask for an exit interview. I’m 31 working in a Trauma 1 center and I have bad days too, but I somehow get the message to them one way or another. Also, they don’t have a choice if I’m trying to prevent someone from dying, another form of customer service. Lol Stick to your phrases or work around and kick ass.
