You're not alone friend. With stuttering it's not just the actual difficulty of pronouncing stuff, it's the shame and embarrassment that comes with it too. Phone calls are even worse too because you don't have the physical cues to ground yourself. I don't have any words to ease the feelings of embarrassment, but just know you're not alone.
