My learning so far regarding stuttering

My learning so far regarding stuttering I am M27 and got stuttering since childhood, after lot of what I ve seen and lived, I have come to these conclusions 1 - You need to accept the fact that you are going to stutter forever ; there is no escape to it 2 - Even if there’s an escape to it, the search for it is a journey too long and too much to bear so save it and spend on life which you want and on what you want to do 3 - You have come so far and made your way in life and trust me you will find a way no matter what in life, sure you will have to make compromises but life will never stop being better 4 - Stop wearing a stutterer label around yourself and grow out of it; you are a lot more than that but don’t do it with the intention of finding a cure, do it for your own well being 5- Negative experiences no matter what only stay with us if you hold on to it, learn about letting go of it and trying to solve something, theres nothing to solve; you are not a problem to be solved but just another human being whos here to live 4 - If you feel you constantly monitor yourself in speaking signals you are only telling your nervous system that there’s danger and you have to be ready; the only way out is acceptance of whatever happens I have struggled with anxiety and breakdown which I believe is born out of constantly soul searching and outward searching for the cure and these learning have come to me a hard way based on learnings from the book ‘Hope and Help for your nerves’ by Dr claire weekes and I realized a lot of what it says can be applied to stuttering Point is stuttering is not your problem; its how you see it and relate to it, what i tell is not another cure so please don’t take it like that !
