I had tried it as a kid, and it was too weird to me. Then in college my stutter was so bad I decided to give it another go and bought the Comfort fit one. In my experience it was great for a while but I got used to the effect and it became annoying to wear, often irritating my ear canal. You gotta use it in conjunction with other techniques, not just trusting it to make you fluent because that will wear off.
