First of all, things will get better. Moods affect the stutter a lot. My stutter actually decreased a lot in my senior year of high school because I really started to accept my stutter as a part of who I was. I ended up being a lot nicer to myself and that just improved my mood a lot. But often being a good mood is not enough. Sometimes I'm in such a good mood that I'll go too fast and can't even get a word out. So just slow down and really focus hard on controlling your words. Try to focus on keep your entire jaw and mouth relaxed. You'll be amazed at how much clenching we do in anticipation of stuttering. Try to say things spontaneously but relaxed if that makes sense. I know it's really hard but you have to try to get rid of that anxiety-inducing anticipating before stuttering.
