I don’t know if this counts, but one time I met someone new through a friend and started talking. When it was her turn to speak, she had a stutter as well that was about equal to mine. We didn’t mention it at all ofc, but I could feel a shared sense of relief and safety. It stands out to me because I don’t meet a lot of other people who stutter in my daily life.
