You need and deserve a much more understanding and patient employer who won't turn your stutter into a big deal. I wouldn't go back! You can still be confident regardless of stuttering. There's no need for you to waste your energy to compensate for other people's awful lack of patience skills and patronising attitudes towards stuttering.
