I have had many prescriptions over the years. Xanax, Clonazepam and Valium. Xanax makes me stutter more, but I don't care about it. Clonazepam makes me mean, I get personality changes. Valium is perfect, too perfect, I get loose in my speech, I don't care what people think, It relaxes me so I can take my time. And the best part, I love stacking up with some ice cream, pop 40mg Valium and watching a movie I will not even remember. Thats the danger of it, too me it's a very euphoric drug. I wish I could control it, because it is VERY helpful, it reduces my stutter about 70%. I go from a severe stutter to mild.
