Well it depends of your incomes and the severity and impact of stuttering in your life. I would pay a lot, as a percentage maybe 10-15% of my income. Maybe if pharmaceutical companies knew how "desperate" we were for a solution and what we would pay, they would see a business opportunity and research for a solution. I think that if there were "real will" and enough resources, a cure/medicine would have existed for a long time, it is 2024 and wonders are being done in other fields, and we are still forgotten, it is sad. And after the patent period (10 years, I think), there could be generics with the same active ingredient, so the price would go down.
