There are many variations of stuttering, and it usually implies that, because you have trouble speaking fluently, you repeat syllables or get blocks/tension in your vocals. Regardless of what you have, it's clearly a speech issue, and I always recommend a speech pathologist, or therapist. In the meantime, some general advice for speech disfluency is to speak in a full exhale, and to pace your speech so that you don't stress your vocals. Good luck! Keep us updated.
