Sir I know people won't agree with you but listen, you are correct! I too saw improvements in my speech after i went on a 19 day streak, until I relapsed. This is my best streak now. I am currently 27 days in and let me tell you, I am having a flatline rn. I have talked to many people who overcame their stutter with NOFAP.
