I try and focus on my breathing or would start picking at my hands (bat habit but I just push those cuticles(?) Back) I would also try and just clear my head, as when you're doing nothing and you just stare into oblivion, I try and recreate that feeling but sometimes it works a little too well and I lose focus of what I'm saying
