Stuttering has no connection with your tongue...it's just an illusion in your mind that you created by thinking yourself that i stammer.. all you have to do is changing the perspective of your mindset.. Also stammering or stuttering only occurs only bcz if you get anxious or nervous..and this has direct connection with your mind not your tongue...wt i mean is tht there no defect in your tongue but the mind..itself .. If you understand above given philosophy ..u may decrease your stammering and have mild one...only if you understand the cause of root.. For this you need to be practiced in real life..while facing any talks..tht it's all in your mind. Nd.how to keep it calm relaxed and focus through your mind .. If you keep on judging or hate yourself.. eventually the mind will control you.. it's like an anxiety u get it? While having an presentation..if u ain't getting rid of your fear... Calm down and relax ..Take a deep breath..20 to 25 sec ..nd exale ... If still dint work.. just slowly and steadily confess your self tht im a stammerer.. this will reduce your anxiety... Every one will accept evn if there is a child in front of you.. Don't get panicked mate .they..ain't monsters but humans.. only humans understand humans feeling..not animals.. Tips🏌️ Before any speech ..Try breathing ..strech your mouth..or fake yawn it... this will stretch your mouth nerves...or think something of serious matter so tht your mind would divert..oooOrr or .. try sneezing by inserting any piece of paper into your nose .. this last tip is crazy asf ..u wouldn't believe u have stammering.... Hmm yeah .. is and all techniques i used to add up during my high school 😂 My conclusion is tht...once you mastered your mind ... You will automatically reduce your stuttering or stammering...for tht u need to be open minded person.. This will 💯 help you ... I was a stammerer and i conquered it ..am 23 And presently am doing my mba and am very happy U will succeed it anyways..so take care buddy ❤️❤️❤️
