I feel you dude. I have been going to speech therapy and I would like to share some things I have been learning. Try prolongation. You prolong the first letter of the word for 2-3 seconds and by doing so you are able to say what you want to say. Try Easy onset as well. Light articulate contact works as well. Lastly, try to do diaphragmatic breathing everyday for 10-15 minutes. Hope this helps!
