I start Uni in September and I'm going through this process right now as I stated it in my application. I also have Asperger's syndrome so that's what I place my stammer under. Pretty sure if you have no disability and just a stammer in general they can not help you which is ridiculous but that's how it works. But asking your GP is a good place to start as maybe I'm wrong and you can get some success of it as we all don't want to do through the situation of something like a verbal presentation infront of the class, one of my biggest fears about uni actually.
