Sorry guys ... I stopped the self-experiment because it was a very frustrating time in my life at that time and I just didn't have the energy to continue the experiment. Of course I should have mentioned that, but I was simply no longer interested in anything at the time, which is why there was no comment or hint that I ended the experiment. Sorry for each of you, who had hope in that experiment, I know the feeling, and because of that I was just too ashamed to answer any of the comments or messages when I looked at the post a few months later. But I always had the feeling in the last 3 years, that I need to inform you about the situation, and why I stopped it. Because of the experiment itself. I didn't feel any difference because of the B1, but I didn't take it a long period of time. I think micronutrients are very important for stuttering, because it has a bigger impact that we think on our mental (and of course physical) health. And our mental health controls the stuttering at the most of the time. My current tactic is the following one. I just try to improve my mental and physical health, to reduce stuttering. I also try to accept, that my stutter is a part of me, and that there is no problem, if I stutter. The fluent phases, and also the completely blocking phases are okay, and are not a problem. Anyone who interpret it as a problem, should interpret it as a problem, but that is not MY problem. For my physical and mental health I do the following things: 1. Regular (2 times a year) blood tests for micronutrients (Zinc, Selenium, Vitamin D3 are my problematic nutrients) and supplementing the problematic ones. 2. Sports 3. Spent time in the nature (forest in my case) 4. Yoga 5. Healthy plant based food (more important as we think) 6. Reading mental health books I know, that this comment isn't satisfying, because I didn't found a solution for the stuttering problem. But who knows what the medicine can reach in the future :) And also if there is no cure for stuttering, just think about, that you can do anything also with a stutter. My biggest inspiration for that is Joe Biden. He reached the position as the president of the USA as a stutterer. I never thought that this is possible in the past. Also in his speeches, there are sometimes hints of a stutter or a stutter itself, but it doesn't matter. That fact helped me a lot, and maybe it also helps you with your stutter. Also Elon Musk stutters sometimes, but it also doesn't matter. So the stutter doesn't define who you are, or what you can reach in your life. So just don't waste too much time with thoughts about your stutter, or what other people think about it. Each person who makes fun of you, or doesn't want to have contact with you because of your stutter, is often a person with a bad character. So our stutter is useful to filter out these kind of people :) Just enjoy your life and each moment when you stutter :)
