Phone call

Phone call Hi all. I just had to make a phone call that I've been putting off since Monday. I had a few bad stutters at the start and could barely get my name out, of course. But it went okay after that. After we hung up I immediately started tearing up and couldn't stop. This is usually my reaction after making phone calls to people I don't know. I was just wondering if anyone else has an emotional reaction like this? Even if the call went mostly okay? Honestly, it makes me feel stupid.
