Your contradicting yourself. You originally said you have to worry about what people are gonna think of you, how long its gonna take to get a word out, how your neck might ache. We agree more than you think, im just saying you dont have to let it bring you down. Its hard not to feel negative, it isnt gonna happen overnight, but it is possible. Understanding and knowing you have a stutter is fine, but labeling it as a problem that will always be a problem no matter what isnt helping you. Let it go. Dont give a fuck about what people think. Understand that it could have been much worse, stop giving it power. And just enjoy yourself. I cant do that yet, but i know its possible because ive felt it before. Yeah its a “ Disability “ but I genuinely dont care. Its just a negative label that makes me feel bad. And yes, other people having problems dont make yours insignificant or easy to deal with. Im just saying theres 2 sides to every story. Theres a lot of people who have it better, But also a lot who have if worse. Comparison is the thief of joy.
