I had to speak on comms when I was in the navy .. I did it but I got others to do it most the time. When I worked at amazon warehouse I would find managers and such to help me and not talk on comms. I understand the frustration, its one of the things I hate or avoid too. Don't quit your job, let your managers /supervisors know what's going on and if there is anything YOU can it in place to make how you function at the job better for the WHOLE workplace.. Notice how I put an emphasis making a workaround to make you more productive to better the job. Thats how id present it. Please don't quit, never quit unless you can find better or unless you're being treated very unfairly
