Talk to her. Do it. Please. For me. For anybody reading this who was/is a shut-in who spent/spends most of their time in their dorm/room/apartment doing homework, worrying about your speech, reading, or watching old avant-garde short films from the 1940s (maybe that last one won't apply to so many of you), that's the one thing I recommend: Talk to people more. You'll probably stutter, especially if it's a stranger. But this is the way you are. And if you're fortunate enough to be in college or older (I'm 19, so I can't really speak for anybody too much older), you'll notice that people tend to care much more about WHAT you say rather than HOW you say it, unlike bullshit-ass high school.
