I don't mention it. If I block really badly, then I stop, say something like, "Yeah I have a stutter, but three years of being a teacher has all but cured it!" And then continue answering the original question. Aka acknowledge it and then IMMEDIATELY follow up with a concrete example of you being a great communicator. Anything in customer service, teaching, office teamwork, theater etc counts. And then move on.
