POTENTIAL HELP FOR YOU Hi guys, So I recently worked up the courage to pick up the phone and call the doctor about anxiety/depression. They put me in touch with a therapist and Ive now been doing working through CBT, if you've ever heard of that! Its only the second week ive been doing it and the information is useful but I still need to learn to apply it to daily situations. Its not directly targeting my stutter but its for the anxiety surrounding its. as well as the low moods, self-esteem etc. Im not sure if you might find this helpful but feel free to have a look anyways.
