You're a good sibling, OP. Speech therapy is really impressionable at that age so I would get him in that. A younger, more energized therapist would probably help him out a lot. I only say that because he/she wouldn't feel so much as an authority figure like an older therapist might come off as. Also, get him an instrument. Girls love that shit and it's something he can do when he's alone.
