Lol yeah, this must be the inspirational role modelling representation I keep hearing about! /S (Porky Pig is the butt of the joke and absolutely intended for the audience to laugh at. Constantly. This "none of the characters treated him any differently" line of reasoning seen at least on other posts about this  is lost on me because every viewer is being programmed to treat stuttering voices as a joke. ) The story of not being accommodated and no one seeing that as a problem! You know, poor Mel Blanc cared so much about representing a stutterer that he replaced the guy. I can't see him not hating people who stutter. It would have been better to just change the character, the character doesn't need the stutter to be a cartoon pig butt of the joke. The character exists to have the stutter and be laughed at for it.  I guess some people defend to their death all of the questionable choices of Looney Tunes, Disney and Hanna Barbera. I tend to not give Looney Tunes a pass. Except for maybe Roadrunner vs Wile e. Coyote.  Itchy and Scratchy on The Simpsons is a very accurate criticism of Tom & Jerry and how that cartoon would never be approved as children's programming today due to the level of non stop violence lol
