It sucks that stuttering happens mostly when you need to talk. I'd say try to slow down your speech and breathe. Your brain is going a million miles an hour and your mouth can't move that fast. Breathing is the most important, calm down, gather yourself, and then speak. Doesn't help for everybody obviously but some food for thought :)
