talk with your teachers and let them know what’s going on. having even just that one person who knows is helpful enough to decrease some of that anxiety. if you’re not comfortable telling classmates the whole situation, just that you have anxiety. or if you’re a little more comfortable you can say “i have a stutter that comes out when i’m anxious.” in future group presentations, in the beginning you can offer to do x y z if someone else does your speaking part. sometimes i’ve told people i’ll do their part if they talk for me.
