Well how about u define what cured means becuase I don't mean 100% perfect speech. You now we as creatures are born with the innate ability to speak. It doesn't take conscious effort. But people who stutter disrupt that natural ability. But the natural ability to speak is always there. Why do you think we speak fluently in some contexts but not others?
