You've acknowledged that stuttering can occur without social pressure or without anxiety, then why in your original post have you placed a lot of emphasis on the emotional aspect of stuttering? Also, what evidence do you have that "extreme effort to pronounce a syllable at the beginning of a word" triggers stuttering?
