Reading aloud to improve fluency.. So I'm 26M and i have a mild stutter(blocks & repetitive), it got a bit worse lately, and i heard good things about reading aloud in a consistent basis that it can help to reduce stuttering and improve fluency. So I decided to give it a try cause i believe that it helps actually, so i got some questions for the people who have benefited from it: 1. Should I read at a normal pace? or a bit slower than normal? (although that i don't stutter at all when i'm reading). 2. For how much time should i read daily? 15-30min? more? Also any other tips or techniques..etc would be highly appreciated. thank you!
