That’s awesome that you are gaining the confidence to reward people for the behaviors you wanna see, and call people out for the behaviors you don’t want to see. Don’t ever think that others are better than you. Them laughing is a reflection of their character, not yours. If anyone ever laughs at you, just sit there and look at them like they’re the weird one, laughing at someone else for something that’s different about them. But then again, some people might just be laughing because they think it lightens the mood. In that case, consider laughing along with them. Or telling them jokingly, “Don’t laugh at my stutter or I’ll find something to laugh about you for. And then laugh about saying that to them lol.
