How does it make you feel when you tell someone you stutter and they respond with, "Oh really?, you can't even tell. I know someone who stutters pretty bad."

How does it make you feel when you tell someone you stutter and they respond with, "Oh really?, you can't even tell. I know someone who stutters pretty bad." Someone told me this today and I know the person didn't say it in a negative way, but it made me think. When people say this kind of thing to me, it makes me feel like they are trying to comfort me by saying that my stutter isn't THAT bad. But my stutter can be pretty bad when I am really anxious. So I don't find it very comforting when people say that to me, it's almost as if they're saying that if my stutter was worse than it'a not as ok. What do you guys think? Am I being oversensitive?
