In instances of public speaking/speaking in front of my class; I am currently in university studying Creative Media, this means I have to speak a lot, it is at it's worst when the lecturer asks me to read something off the whiteboard, this is uncomfortable so I speed up to finish reading quicker which causes me to stutter more. I also have to make presentations which is terrible for me, I have all of my notes ready to read but I never end up reading them as I can't get the words out so I waffle and ruin the quality of my presentation. Another thing I have to do is record myself speaking to do voiceovers for video, this causes me the greatest amount of stress, It would take me an hour to record 3 minutes of myself speaking because I keep having to restart. I hope this helps!
