Sit down with her and talk about it. Tell her how she can help you. Tell her what you need from her. Be descriptive and explain exactly how you feel. If you feel that it would be easier to write everything down, do it. Write her a letter, hand it to her, and sit with her while she reads it. Be super communicative about your needs and expectations.
