For the most part I only use voice changing strategies in voice acting. Outside of that though it’s hard to change your voice while still sounding natural, so I just keep to my regular voice when in public. Only exception is I like to put on a more “professional” tone of voice when giving presentations, which not only makes me more fluent and comfortable, but it actually fits the situation.
