Please listen to me. You need to get your parents and your teachers to understand. The speech therapist at your school can help you with that. I am a speech therapist and I stutter. I know how school systems work because that is where I work. Please reach out to them. I’m sorry but I don’t agree with what these guys are saying about speech therapists giving useless advice. Even if your school has the worst speech therapist in the world, they at least understand what stuttering is, know how serious it can be, and can help explain it to your family and other school staff. All this at no cost because it’s part of the school system in the USA, if that is where you live.
