I was thinking about this at work today and something that I have been brainstorming is buffering out blocks B/c I wear a face mask at work it hides the weird face muscles I make when I'm getting blocks If you can stutter before you talk to someone it makes the interaction more seamless So if your blocks take 5 sec on average, try to say what you want 5 secs before and try to use the momentum coming from the block to ease into your sentence. It tried it at work today and I was able to slip in some "thank you" they weren't "fluent" but they were almost seamless( I did get the idea from reading manga so it might just be bullshit but it works well I might write up a post on the sub reddit)
