-Share more and speak up to get accustomed to the meetings. Volunteering to speak make me feel like I’m in control rather just waiting to be picked on at some random moment. -Make sure you are prepared for the meetings, that way you don’t have any additional stress or reason to be nervous. Arrive to the meeting early and start breaking the ice. -I like to see everyone I am speaking to, if not it can feel like I’m talking into an empty void. Use the gallery view in zoom even when a screen is being shared. -Use notes when you can, or share your screen with the agenda or bullets you are planning to communicate -Curious as to how you do on the phone. For me the experience is similar. Practice phone calls if it helps. -Remember that no one cares as much as you do about your stuttering. Don’t stress yourself out- easier said than done, I know.
