I'm 13, Have had stuttering problem for like 7 years now, Sometimes I can't even speak due to my stuttering, it's annoying talking infront of my class or saying things to people cause i'll just stop or keep repeating one of the words

I'm 13, Have had stuttering problem for like 7 years now, Sometimes I can't even speak due to my stuttering, it's annoying talking infront of my class or saying things to people cause i'll just stop or keep repeating one of the words So how do I reduce it?
