There are tons of materials on internet, Im on a phone and cant look it up rn. But the basis are: Breathe - stop your self every 3-4 worda to take in air, dont let your lungs be more that 3/4 empty and take in air before you start a sentence. Every sentence. Slow down - there is no one chasing you, just slow down Change your volume - try speaking louder or not as loud, depending on what you do now, and try to keep up that volume Change your tone - sometimes helps Most importantly, if you decide to do this, you have to pay attention at HOW you speak and only that. What you say, and what word you use is not important. And DONT pay attention how many times you stutter, try to not notice at all. When you dont mind that you stutter others wont too. And you will stutter less. Hope I helped. Cheers Edit: some grammar
