I went to speech therapy as a kid and later as an adult and I can’t say it did anything for me. As an adult I had the frustrating situation where I barely stuttered at all in therapy. So it was hard to treat my speech if it was fluent. In the real world, I stutter all over the place. They didn’t have any ideas for me about that.
