Yea I've been trying to figure this out as well. Before I even speak I have a weird feeling like a wall in front of me. I never have that feeling when I talk to my family or especially myself. For sure whenever i get that feeling or thought that I might stutter, I try to think of something else so I can forget the feeling. But for sure once it happens do not think about it or feel sorry for yourself try to forget that you even stutter. The more you think about it, the more it will get engraved in your brain and it will be a harder habit to kick and the stutter will be more consistent. I would try mediation and for sure exercising your brain, read a book and practice debating and talking to yourself. Make up random scenarios in your head. Whenever you get the feeling or thought of stutter, do not focus on that, retrieve your focus back on your main point of the convo
