You should do whatever makes you the most comfortable. If I’m giving a presentation in a professional capacity (and I know I’m having a bad speech day because it’s something you just know) I may mention it and tell them to ask questions if I say something that isn’t clear. Don’t let it rule you. It’s how you speak and there isn’t a single thing wrong with it.
