You really shouldn't isolate yourself cuz it's only gonna get worse, and I did isolate myself and I became socially anxious and stutters , the only good thing is you might learn a lot in the isolation you're in , perhaps change your mindset about things cuz it really helps, after changing my way of thinking and my mindset like not caring bout others what they react or talk bout me , and we're all humans we all not perfect and this type of stuff , it decreased like 40% to 70% , I still stutter , I still have blocks, but at least it isn't hell like it used to , and with the habit of talking to one stranger every day or week, you'll probably come up with something Hope it helps
